- Whether the phone is fully paid off or still tied to a payment plan.
- Whether the account is active and in good standing.
- How long the device has been active on the carrier's network.
- Whether the phone was reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraud.
- The carrier's country-specific policy and device compatibility.
Our planned eligibility review
The planned price is €9.99 per check. A 24-hour response is a target, not a guarantee, and would apply only to checks the eventual provider supports. We have not confirmed an authorised service provider or global coverage. The checkout is therefore closed and no payment is collected.
We are also still defining the legal operator, support contact, privacy notice, and consumer terms. This page is informational and does not accept a device identifier or payment.

Use the carrier's official eligibility page or contact its support team. You usually do not need to share your Apple/Google password or verification codes to ask whether carrier unlocking is available.
